The Band Program at Franklin Central High School boasts a variety of different ensembles that compete in the Marching and Pageantry Arts. A list of all ensembles and groups are located below:
- Winter/Indoor Guard
- The Franklin Central Varsity Guard competes in Scholastic A class in both the IHSCGA and WGI circuits. The Varsity Guard is under the direction of Adam Faircloth.
- The Franklin Central Junior Varsity Guard was formed in the 2020 season and competes in Regional A class in the IHSCGA circuit. The Junior Varsity Guard is under the Direction of Adam Faircloth.
- Indoor Percussion
- The Franklin Central Percussion Symphony, formerly the Franklin Central Indoor Percussion Ensemble (Renamed at the beginning of the 2020 season), competes in Percussion Scholastic World Class, and is under the direction of Chris Hodgson.
- The Franklin Central Junior Varsity Indoor Percussion Ensemble is a group made up of 7th and 8th graders at the Franklin Central Junior High School, that compete in Percussion Scholastic Concert A class. The group competes one time each year at the annual IPA Franklin Central Invitational. The group started competing in 2018. The group is under the direction of Chris Hodgson and Daniel Fyffe.
- The Franklin Central Marching Band (FCMB) competes in AAAA class in BOA competition and A class in the ISSMA circuit, and is under the direction of Evan Cooper and Derek Ellinger, along with Chris Hodgson and Adam Faircloth.

During the 2016 season, the FCIPE was promoted from Scholastic Open Class to Scholastic World Class.
In the 2020 season, the Franklin Central Indoor Percussion Ensemble renamed to the Franklin Central Percussion Symphony to honor their previous seasons as a concert percussion ensemble in World Class.

Marching Band[]
In their 2018 season, the FCMB made Finals in the 2018 BOA Oxford Regional in Oxford, Ohio. Their Finals placement in Oxford was the first time the FCMB achieved placement in a BOA Regional or Super Regional Finals. FCMB once again made finals in the 2021 BOA Dayton Regional in Dayton, Ohio.
